Bai Ji Guan (White Cock's Comb) – is one of the most ancient and rare Chinese rock oolongs from The Wuyi Mountains, which got its fame in the times of the Ming Dynasty in 1368-1644. Visually the tea flashes of elliptical shape strongly remind a cock's comb. Exactly this feature was a reason for such name. Bai Ji Guan is the lightest and the most delicate uishan oolong. Gold amber infusion has soft and fine aroma, which reminds fragrance of orchids, it keeps its richness for a long time and is strongly perceptible, calling a whole bouquet of associations in participants of a tea drinking. Seasoned rich taste opens up in endless metamorphoses, immersing a person into deep philosophical thoughts.
