Terrace of Flower Rain

Mo Li Yin Feng is classified as an elite jasmine tea from Fuzhou – one of the key jasmine tea producing regions. The history of tea production in this area goes back to the days of Ming (1368-1644) and Qing (1644-1911) dynasties. Freshly picked spring buds with delicate leaves undergo several consecutive cycles of aromatization using fresh blossoms of white jasmine. Each cycle ends in buds and petals being carefully removed from the tea. Mo Li Yin Feng consists of thin, robust, tightly curled and very graceful elongated leaves-strips, colored green and generously covered in delicate hairs. The clear bright-golden infusion combines a rich lively fragrance of flowers and an even, smooth taste carrying notes of sweetness.
