Fragrant White Petal Snow

The history of Chinese flower teas goes back to the days of Southern Song Dynasty (1127-1279). Mo Li Bai Xue Xiang is produced from young buds picked early spring or fall. The tea is produced using secondary processing method, when the dried tea buds undergo six consecutive stages of aromatization by fresh blossoms of white jasmine. Following each stage the flower buds are carefully removed from the tea. Jasmine Mo Li Bai Xue Xiang is not just a fragrant drink, but also an elegant work of art. Its dainty curved leaves are generously covered with hairs to seem snow white. When prepared, the tea yields pale green liquor gleaming golden. The drink has a pure taste and a fresh rich floral aroma, which is preserved for a long time.
