Bai Mu Dan Mu Dan Hua is an elegant mix of elite white tea and pink peony buds. Fresh robust large leaves with delicate fleshy leaves and barely opened peony buds covered with sweet morning dew are gathered early spring. The tea is processed on the day of the picking to ensure it preserving its freshness. During processing no harsh thermal treatment is used. The tea and the peony buds undergo slight withering and natural drying. When brewed, the leaves naturally curled in the shape of a flower open up, infusing with life the delicate peony bud. They yield clear pale-apricot liquor with a delicate aroma of young tea and light notes of fragrant peony, this ending in a slightly sweet aftertaste.
